Short story about me

If you had told me years ago that I’d be coaching people to achieve their biggest career and personal goals, I probably would have laughed. Not because I didn’t believe in growth, but because, like many of my clients, I once felt stuck myself—unsure of my next move, questioning my abilities, and wondering if I was on the right path.

My journey wasn’t a straight road. It was more like a winding hiking trail—sometimes steep, sometimes unclear, but always leading me somewhere meaningful. I’ve always had a deep passion for personal growth, but it wasn’t until I started working with people one-on-one, helping them navigate their challenges and unlock their potential, that I truly found my calling.

Now, as a career and life coach, I’ve helped hundreds of people gain clarity, build confidence, and take action toward the life they want. Whether it’s a career transition, starting a business, improving leadership skills, or simply learning to trust yourself again—I guide my clients through the process with a mix of strategy, mindset work, and real, actionable steps.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me outdoors, hiking through new landscapes, letting nature remind me of the beauty of persistence and resilience. Or maybe I’ll be in my kitchen, baking something sweet—because I believe every win, big or small, deserves to be celebrated.

Your goals aren’t just dreams—they’re possible. And if you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to help you make it happen.

WHO I WORK WITH

Those who are genuinely committed to self-discovery and personal transformation.

For working professionals still in the 'hot seat' looking for practical guidance.
Career builders, founders, executives, and investors struggling with the pressures of work and life.
For those navigating the existential void of uncertainty, identity crisis, and profound change.
Explorers of non-ordinary states of consciousness, self-seekers, and those on the path to personal liberation.
I've been in your shoes before.
You don't have to do this alone.
my approach

My approach is intuitive. I don't use rigid formulas or cookie-cutter methods.

1

Discovery

We'll start with a discovery call to get to know each other better. I'll begin by asking you a lot of questions, helping dig through the noise and identify the root problem you're attempting to solve. Our first conversation together is free.
2

Style

We'll determine the coaching style that's right for you. Looking for concrete, practical tools to manage nervous system overload? Great, we can do that. Or, if you want a depth-oriented approach to understanding the mythopoetic phases of your own 'Hero's Journey' of spiritual transformation, we can go that route as well.
3

Cadence

We'll start with two coaching sessions per month, then customize our frequency and format based on your needs. I don't believe in long-term, expensive contracts—you're free to amend or end our work after the first month. Your journey is unique and rarely linear. My approach adapts accordingly.

What folks say about me

Pamela Valdés Esteva
Founder & CEO
"I had worked with many coaches in the past, but no one could understand the pressure of being the CEO of a VC backed company. Andy has this unique combination of someone who understands the pressure of running a Silicon Valley company, and someone who also cares about being happy and at peace. This is rare and incredibly useful."
Gaurav Agarwal
Chief operating officer
"Andy is truly unique and a rare find. As a highly successful tech executive who embarked on an inner journey, he brings a remarkable blend of scientific, neurological, spiritual, and psychological perspectives to his coaching. What sets Andy apart is his ability to combine depth with action-oriented, pragmatic guidance. His coaching is refreshingly practical."
